Cleveland, OH metal trio Lower 13 was formed by Eric Kruger (drums), Patrick Capretta (guitar, vocals) and Sean Balog (bass, vocals) in March 2006. Their unique sound is shaped by the melting pot of different metal genres throughout the 90s and 2000s, encompassing melodic guitar riffs, crushing grooves, and hook-laden vocal harmonies.

Lower 13 has opened for the likes of GOJIRA, DARKEST HOUR, SOILWORK, and INTRONAUT. 

 

Lower 13 released their fifth studio offering, Deception, on November 10, 2023.
